Technologies

Power Reserve Geometry – Your fingers pull in a straight line, but brake levers move in an arc. SRAM designed the G2 brakes with the industries lowest X factor to reduce the levers inwards travel. This creates an arc that is closer to your fingers natural motion and improved power transfer. The lever also features SRAM’s Swinglink, a new cam system that requires less lever pull to push the pads towards the rotor. The result is better braking for less effort.
Reach Adjust – Fit and feel is a highly personal setting that will differ for each rider and their style of riding. Reach adjust on SRAM’s G2 brake makes this simple with one finger adjustment, trail side. Adjustment is available via a dial on the Brake lever that can be operated by hand and does not require getting the mutli-tool out of your pack.
