Shipping Information
We work hard to get your gear to you as fast as possible.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing. We do not currently ship to all parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Any brake lever or shift lever (Road or MTB) that shows signs of installation or use.
- Any opened or installed groupset component.
- Any product with removed or damaged original packaging.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Must be in original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and materials must be included and attached.
- Must show no signs of installation, wear, or damage.
The Return Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please use the template below to provide all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
- Package Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
- Ship to Us: Send the package to our warehouse address provided in your authorization email. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and process your return or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Timeline & Method
- Processing: After we receive your return, inspection and processing takes 3-5 business days.
- Issuing the Refund: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item within 2 business days of approval.
Please note: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective product or incorrect item shipped).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
